Inspired the lifelong exchange of love letters, referred to as posts in Europe, by many people including noted poets Elisabeth Barrett-Browning and her husband Robert, these romantic quilted banners are intended to capture the transforming power of love.   Each banner uses 8 fat quarters to create an 8-block quilted banner, or can mixed-and-matched to produce a 16-block quilt.  The Passionate Posts feature the anticipation of an unopened love letter secured with an appliquéd sealing wax and heart-shaped button.  Its counterpart, Passionate Postcards, is romantically addressed “From Me, To Thee with Love,” and features an appliqué postage stamp adorned with a heart-shaped button.  Imagine sending or receiving these notes of love captured forever in fabric.
